Purpose
This page shows where Finance Brain coordination enters the Affiliate Brain workflow.
It exists to prevent capital governance from sitting outside the actual Affiliate operating lifecycle.
Without this integration map, capital request rules may exist as separate documents but remain disconnected from the points where operators actually make decisions.
This page makes the connection explicit.
Core Principle
Affiliate Brain owns opportunity evaluation.
Finance Brain owns capital approval.
The integration point between them must be visible, repeatable, and structurally enforced.
Workflow Position
The Finance integration layer sits after opportunity evaluation but before live capital deployment.
The relationship is:

Affiliate Workflow Alignment
The Finance integration layer connects to the following Affiliate workflow stages:

Stage 2 — Offer Intelligence Evaluation
Affiliate Brain evaluates:

Stage 3 — Velocity Decision Gate

Stage 4 — Capital Trigger Recognition
Affiliate Brain identifies that the opportunity has reached a point where capital approval is required.
This trigger is governed by:

This is the formal handoff point into Finance Brain decision territory.
Stage 6 — Finance Evaluation
Finance Brain reviews:

- budget availability
- survivability constraints
- portfolio pressure
- signal quality expectations
- test value vs capital risk
Stage 7 — Decision Returned to Affiliate Brain
Finance Brain returns one of the following:
- Approved
- Approved with limits
- Conditional approval
- Deferred
- Rejected
- Escalated to HeadOffice
Affiliate Brain must follow the returned decision and may not self-authorise capital.
Stage 8 — Controlled Execution
Affiliate Brain conducts testing within approved budget scope and operating conditions.
Any change beyond approved conditions requires re-entry into the request process.
Integration Rule
Finance integration is mandatory whenever Affiliate Brain requests:
- testing capital
- increased testing capital
- optimisation budget expansion
- scaling capital
No live budget deployment beyond approved thresholds may occur outside this integration path.
Escalation Rule
HeadOffice becomes active when:
- Affiliate Brain and Finance Brain disagree on a capital decision
- strategic priority conflicts with financial caution
- exception requests fall outside standard thresholds
- risk concentration requires executive override
